TQSX- F SER Destoner
This machine is designed based on the principle of coordinated air delivery, oscillation and screening, which features in high production efficiency, excellent gradation and removal of sandstone and clod, low energy consumption, zero flying dust, low noise and easy operation and maintenance, etc.
This machine is equipped with independent air suction screen to ensure more stable and excellent operation effect.
This machine is used for cleaning of wheat, which is installed behind the preliminary and the first screens. To ensure optimal effect, it is recommended to install independent air suction mesh.
This machine is to be installed on the solid floor that is free of any oscillation; a 1,400mm wide space is to be reserve for replacement of screen; a 700mm wide space is to be reserve on the other end to facilitate maintenance.
Two ring screws are used for handling and lifting of the machine; remove the yellow transportation fixing plate make sure that the machine is on the horizontal plane, and use anchor bolts to fix it to the floor; connect inlet, outlet and chute, and install stone collection tube are into position.
Caution Check the flexible rubber baffle used to ensure air tightness of the discharging port to ensure normal air tightness and material flow. Air suction duct on the top of the machine is to be connected with the air suction pipe with rubber seal. Power supply is to be connected by qualified electricians; be sure to switch on / off power supply to the two motors simultaneously; make sure that the two motors rotate in opposite direction (arrow direction on the machine); ensure proper grounding.
