TQSX Destoner is the oldest and most traditional type Destoner, It is mainly used to separate the stones from wheat and paddy which are similar in size or shape among the wheat and paddy .Simple and stable design only one driven Motor,one single screen;also can change the screen to stainless material,can work for more Wet Paddy or Wheat and Corn material.On the top of the inlet device with spring system,can reduce The loading directly damage the screen,also the air net gate can adjust the wind to reach The best peformance.

Application
TQSX-2 series destoner is mainly used to separate stones from cleaned paddy，wheat，beans，corn，vegetable seeds etc. It can also separate the mixed stones from the chemical plastic. It is an ideal machine for raw grain processing factory.
Operating principle This machine will separate stones from raw grain when the mixture flow down on screen, the airflow passed the screen blowing the raw grain, and keep it suspending, Because of heavier gravity the stones will sink under the grian and stay on screen, Under the action of reciprocating screen ,The stones will move to the high side of screen, and the raw grain will move to opposite direction.
